Proofs and Printing

  • All proofs for artwork will be sent via email.
  • Print colours may differ from screen colours (depending on the accuracy of computer monitors). 
  • All artwork must be approved prior to printing and shipping.
  • Final approval must come in the form of email or fax before sending to print.
  • Changes to artwork will no longer be possible once final approval has been received.
  • You will be emailed a proof within 2 business days.
  • If minor modifications (spelling, colour correction, etc.) are required to the content of a template, we will provide up to 3 revised proofs. Minor modifications do not include changes to the template layout.
  • After 3 revised proofs, further changes will require additional fees starting at $35.00
    (errors made by Axxesmedia not included).
  • Proofs shall be provided ONLY for the chosen template. If you wish to see a proof for more than one template, additional charges will apply.
  • All products will generally appear as shown and as described in the Axxesmedia On-Line Store
    as to: sizes, paper stocks, colour and layouts.
  • Items will be produced to generally accepted industry standards.
  • One hundred percent repeatability of printing ink shades is NOT possible.
  • Paper mills may vary shades slightly.
  • Industry standard of 5% overruns or underruns will prevail.
  • Axxesmedia reserves the right to decline any order at any time without assigning any reason.

Pricing and Payment

  • Axxesmedia reserves the right to alter prices, terms and conditions of sale at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
  • Axxesmedia reserves the right to bill customers for extra work done and fees that were not charged through the online payment process.
  • Acceptable methods of payment are Visa, Master Card and Paypal.
  • The total order price will be debited to your credit card immediately upon receipt of the order by Axxesmedia.
  • All orders, including extra fees (if applicable), must be paid in full prior to printing and shipping of the product.

Shipping and Turnaround Time

  • Most products purchased will be shipped and delivered within 15 business days from the date of approval on the artwork.
  • Products will be delivered via Purolator; signature on delivery will be required.

Refund/Return and Cancellation

  • NO Refunds Available.
  • Should the item(s) delivered to the customer be in an unsatisfactory condition*:
    1. The customer must contact Axxesmedia and return all items in question within 15 business days from the date of delivery.
    2. Axxesmedia will then evaluate the situation and may:
      • reprint the item(s);
      • issue an On-line Store credit toward a future purchase.
  • All items in question must be returned to Axxesmedia at the expense of the customer unless otherwise approved by Axxesmedia.
  • If an order is cancelled for any reason, the customer will receive an On-Line Store credit only.

* Unsatisfactory condition includes damaged items and/or printing error (such as was not approved by the customer)
